I have spent today being very good. I've cleaned the house, done the food shopping (I even did it in person rather than online as I usually do), I did the school run, and made my boys a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings. Which all makes me sound like Little Miss Perfect...

In reality, this now means that I can spend my day off on Wednesday doing some last minute holiday shopping, treating myself to lunch out and just generally getting excited about Friday.

There is always method in my madness... ;-)
