BOUGAINVILLEA

The new blooms of the bougainvillea start off a shade of deep orange and then change to bright cerise pink, fading to a mauve-pink. Paper thin and dry they are blown into piles of pink in corners of the patio. Collected and bagged they add a touch of colour to the compost heap.
