When I returned from ordering, El Supremo was pulling a crumpled piece of paper from his pocket and exclaiming that some one had been "Living it up" at his local in one of the outlying villages.

He showed us the Till reciept he'd picked up beneath one of the outside tables.

I have heard an expression concerning "Caviare and chips", but Champagne?!?!?
