On the road again.

Managed to nip out on my bike for a wee bit and had a quick whiz around the island. Good to get out in the fresh air and gets the lungs working.

Then in the afternoon it was over to Stromness on the bus for a run through of what I'm going to be teaching when I'm left in charge of the beginners tai chi class next week... yikes!

All in all a tiring but fun day.
