Why do subways always have 'community murals' on their walls?
Are they there to cheer up the tramps and beggars? Or perhaps just to give the drunks staggering home something to look at while they urinate? Or to distract you while a youth holds you at knifepoint?
Maybe my imagination runs a little wild...
