manic day at work today as it was the first day back for the HE students, found the opportunity to use google translate to return some mail for a previous tenant, it looked like quite an important bank correspondence from a bank in Rome, hopefully it makes it back to Italy ok with my Italian and British 'not at this address' instructions!
