Treesy Does It

Had to take it easy today with the running as it's pre marathon taper

I say " had to take it easy " , I mean I was mentally doing a little jig that I didn't have to do 22 miles !

So it was 15 miles done in a fashion; a fashion of someone stopping sporadically to blip

Loving the sunshine, loving the shadows it casts through the trees.

Loving less the fact that I had to keep pouring water over myself to cool down . Wet t shirt competition are not dignified when you are nearly 42 and a quarter .

Still at least it was an easy 15 miles

Sofa , wine , chocolate and cheese now so that's all good
