Eating, drinking and dancing

Tonight was the 'Laying up' dinner and dance, which is always a good night. This year the entertainer was a very talented singer, who was trained in theatre dance and acting. (she was tap-dancing in 6" stiletto boots!!) A 'musicals' themed set for the first half and an 80's party for the second half, mixed together with the wine and it was a fab evening.

Had my new camera with me (permanently stuck to me at the moment!), took a stupid amount of photos, then deleted loads today.

This was one of my favourites, the singer basked in the lights from her lighting rig. Got quite a few using the lights rather than the flash I found it gave quite an atmospheric light to the shots.
