A lovely walk today with Paul around Selborne - Gilbert White country. Such lovely weather this morning, that we just had to go out and make the most of it. The afternoon was spent in front of the Grand Prix, and then some more gardening.

I've felt a bit better today. Having reflected on what I said yesterday, it has actually felt quite weird to have shared so much - it's not what I usually do. But I guess this is my journal to do with as I will - and it felt right at the time. Onwards and upwards to a new week - I wonder what it will have in store for me.
