Hope Mountain

Took a trip up the optimistically named Hope Mountain earlier today. Lovely weather again, warm but a bit blowy on the top. In this image the 'hill' in the distance is the highest peak in the Clwydian range called Moel Famau.

Years ago I used to live in Hope village, the adjacent village was called Caergwrle. For some unfathomable reason the local saying was "Live in hope, die in Caergwrle" Who said the Welsh aren't witty?
