Holiday day 2 and what a lovely day. Some beautiful autumn sunshine; nice walks, the Highland Wildlife Park and a tasty takeaway for our no-cooking dinner! Mr Cakes pointed out the berries on our morning walk and said he thought they were Juniper berries: a quick pick of a handful confirmed it. Now what's the recipe for gin.......
