British Apple

Today it was British Apple Day at Gunby Hall.
A beautiful Sunday afternoon spent in a beautiful part of Lincolnshire.
Bought two different types of cooking apples (Queen and Quarendon ) neither of which I have tasted before.
Pigeon Casserole is cooking away in my new Slow Cooker.

THANK YOU for all the comments yesterday, very much appreciated, and they really do help.
I find it easier to share my feelings with fellow Blippers rather than with ' real ' people.
