"Sweet Charity"

Mum is known for her amazing cupcakes and with practice I'm trying to get mine just as good! They already have a fan base so I'm always looking for new decoration ideas!

Today we visited Jersey's market - a cluster of florists, butchers, food, books, gift and hardware shops all under an original olden day market roof.

On our last visit to the island 4 years ago there was a new cafe here - run by volunteers and in support of local charities, and we were delighted it was still there because their cupcakes are devine!!!! :)

I'll let you into a little secret - the recipe mum and I use for our cupcakes, is THIS recipe! So for those of you who haven't tasted one - your missing out when they turn out like these white chocolate and caramel, chocolate, and lemon cupcakes!

Think I've got room for improvement in the decorating of mine though when you see these! :)
