west lommond

i got this shot when we went to the west lommond in falkland for a five mile walk. nice day and a great day out. it was more enjoyable due to the fact that i stopped smoking. it has been 9 days now, and i do feel a difference in my taste, smell and breathing. the only thing is that i am eating loads. using the tablet champix from the gp and i would reccomend them as it takes away the urge to smoke. i am finding it easy at the momment and that is after 31 years of smoking.
