A New Day

A beautiful sunrise this morning over E. Lothian with Cockenzie Power Station in the frame, and the chance of an early blip which leaves me stress free to enjoy his Lordship's birthday.
In fact, a "good-to-be-alive" day!

The bike passed "her" MOT yesterday with a tweak of the gears, 2 new back brake blocks and a smidgen of oil. All I have to do now is decide how much I can cram into 2 panniers to cope with the vagaries of September weather in the south of England and France.
