Last splurge

Early 21st anniversary dinner at PF Changs with fried banana with coconut caramel ice cream. Monday I'm on the 500 diet fast cleanse. Did it 3 yrs ago and lost 33#. Sadly, I've gained about 10# since I stopped drinking. Time to fix that! 170 here I come. Well, after my splurge weekend! Best. Decision. Ever. Happened 10-10-1992. Love you, Carol.
