A day with Daddy xxx

Woke up this morning with a throat of razor blades, and Eva had been up twice in the night so I was so tired this morning. Typical I felt so rough, as I was off to Preston to fetch hopefully a pregnant Etta from Shirley's, and Eva was staying with her Daddy.

It took 5 hours to do the round trip, and I did really struggle driving back. I had the cold fan blasting my face, the music on, the car seat bolt upright. I was just absolutely shattered. So when I got in, after settling Etta and making sure she was ok, then a milk feed with Eva and cuddles, I went up for a much needed sleep while Eva stayed downstairs with her daddy. I felt so much better when I woke up thankfully.

They had a great time together. Mike did her her breakfast and her dinner, and played on the mat with her loads. She had a 2 hour sleep from midday til 2 and just loved being with her daddy. I'm so glad they had today together. Daddy and daughter time. I just love today's pic.

Eva is trying to talk more at the moment. She doesn't make many sounds, just the ones that I've mentioned in past posts, but the noise she makes is like an errrrrrrrr sound, but it is like she's trying to talk to you and tell you something.

I gave her her bath tonight and sang her some nursery rhymes, then we had snuggles and her milk feed, before she was fast asleep in bed around 8 pm xxxx
