Cake

Today was cake club day and this was my contribution. Caramel Apple Mummy. When I worked for Boddingtons in the early 90s, I put Caramel Apple Granny on the menu and it sold like hot cakes! This is my take on it. It's a Dorset Apple cake but blinged up with a crumble and caramel topping. I love cake x
