Trip out to Brum

Worked productively this morning with N going through checklists for the CDT proposal, then quick shower and bike collected to get train from Coventry into Brum to meet K and L. Coventry train station absolutely packed as last time so was a little late

First stop Mt. Fuji Japanese Sushi restaurant - K really wanted sushi - not bad but really wish I hadn't stuffed my mouth full of what I thought was a lovely refreshing vegetable turned out to be burning hot ginger - still feeling the after effects now - I really need suggestions on what to eat to take the taste away - its been three hrs since the incident and I can still taste it!!
