The Whole World Stops and Stares for a While..

It never fails to amaze me the number of people who drive with their cars, down to the harbour, park up and sit and stare at the sea.

I do it all the time, but the majority of people like to do it when the sky is like this.

And no one gets out. They just sit, hold their hands up to their eyes, and look out through the window. They don't even have the window open. The smell today was brilliant. Although Si would say "it's horrific", but it takes me straight back to when I was little...the sea always smelt a bit pongy; I like to think it's seaweedy smell. Si says it is a sewage smell.

But it's familiar....
