Sunny Saturday

Thank you all so much for your best wishes yesterday. My back was very painful overnight resulting in very little sleep. I got up though this morning and decided to go and watch Rob's football match. We stopped off on the way to buy some Ibuphrofen and after a couple of those I'm much,much better!

After the match (a 3-1 loss against Oxford City) Gav and I went for a slow walk around Elford Hall gardens as mentioned by Orchid99 yesterday. It was like the middle of summer, warm sunshine, beautiful flowers and lots of insects! I may go back there tomorrow!

Nothing planned for the rest of the day, Gav is going to cook dinner later and I've booked my place on the sofa for Strictly.
