Been keeping up with the handstand practise. It's going ok, and I'm enjoying the journey. It's quite a workout, or maybe just because I'm carry quite a bit of bulk, and my poor little arms aren't used to it.
Rest day from squash, playing the next 3 days straight, tough going for an old geeza like me! Still can't get enough of it though!!
