Foraging...

There have been a lot of programs recently on foraging, finding sustainable foods, herbs, plants and fungi out in our environment.

Today we found garlic flowers, picked by my daughter in the local wetlands. We are adding them to a salad, of roasted pumpkin, roast garlic chips, baby spinach, feta with olive oil and aged balsamic...

Somehow, I think it will taste extra special..
