I was a teenager living in Orange Park when the tragic plane crash that took the lives of several members of Lynyrd Skynyrd. I went to the public service for Ronnie Van Zant and visited this site many times while we lived there. It had been 34 years since I had been back and even though the bodies have been moved due to past vandalism the original stones are still there. Fly On FreeBird!
