'Evening Rose......'!

Took this just late this evening....hence the odd light...
not exactly my 'last Rose of Summer'....but one of a late flush...
A few weeks ago ....I dead-headed and cut back most of my roses....
fed them and tidied them up....thinking they looked finished for this year...
but lo-and-behold.....given our recent mild warm and sunny spell..
loads of new buds appeared and some lovely blossoms...
they've not been liking the last couple of days of rain 'tho....!

I asked the Kitty Boy was he coming out to get in the Blip picture...
he said NO.....
he was comfortable enough..'thanks very much'.....right where he was...
And where was that???
It was on his 'blankie' on a new chair...!!
But he said to tell everyone to have a lovely weekend....
and that he hoped you'd all like the picture of my 'Blippin' flowers...
you'll have to make do with it (he says)!!! until he appears again himself...
