Flora is watching

Apparently the first observed example of parthenogenesis in Komodo Dragons was this fine female from Chester Zoo. She looks like she knows a thing or two anyway.

p.s. Offspring are genetically identical to mother, i.e. no sexual reproduction, just cloning effectively. Amazingly useful.
