The fruits of one's labours
Yet another domestic blip, but today's highlight has been kimchi making, and getting experimental, in that I've made two containers of normal kimchi (the red ones), and a single of some experimental non-spicy kimchi in the hopes my SO (who can't tolerate hot spices) will be able to eat it. Heaven knows if it'll even be edible, but it's worth a shot. In both senses (sorry!).
