Brazil Nut Pralines

THESE little babies are just divine..

making them used to be my pet hate but ive sussed ot out now

Moulds with corners trap air..and cause air bubbles..

Air bubbles in chocklit are not good..

as you can see..NO air bubbles in my chocklit !

so glad its friday but its been a productive...BUSY week...
