Rainbow Roses

It's my mum's birthday today and all other gifts paled next to these fantastic roses she was sent. Yes they are real and I have no idea how they grow like that but they definitely made for a great talking point.
Lots of lovely toddlers in singing today, a very lively lot. Margaret thought they were all singing along heartily because they decided that if we could sing out badly so could they, personally I think they were trying to drown me out - I really can't sing. On my way out now to a friends fund raiser for a cause that's very dear to her, should be fun, cocktails and canapés have been promised. Have a fantastic weekend!
