got fed up waiting

on the wall to dry-the stove was fitted last November and the plaster still hasn't completely dried out - heating expert reckons it is condensation on the outside (or is it inside?) of the chimney liner- finally had enough of the mess so stripped the old wallpaper and gave the whole wall three coats of emulsion and hung the Tiree quilt- thankfully it lies slightly away from the wall and should dry out if it absorbs any of the dampness.
