Two countries in one day

I am out for the day with my cookery group- we have been to a Polish supermarket, then on to the Royal Southampton Yacht Club for a fishy lunch and we are now in a Chinese cash and carry. I wish I knew how to cook all the fascinating ingredients, but it all looks a bit too instant . Got some weird stocking fillers though:-D
