"cycled 100 miles, and all I got was this medal!"

Having cycled 100 miles, and struggling to walk up and down stairs, it felt like our reward should have been much greater than this. On the day, there were cycle rides from 18 up to 100 miles, and all of the medals were the same. Hanging on to the sense of personal satisfaction!
