Spoon Game

Round at a friends housewarming party and when it got to the wee small hours some silly games were played. In this one, the object appears to be to inflict pain until the opponent can take it no more, though in truth I don't think that's entirely accurate.
What I do know is that it seemed to be an excuse for someone else (not the opponent) to whack one of the contestants with a spoon, thereby fooling them into thinking their opponent had great mouth/spoon control...
