Promises kept

The weather man promised a beautiful Spring today, and sure enough, we have one. 25 degrees C, blue sky, sunshine, and enough bugs and critters to keep even me quiet.

I think all the hoverflies have just hatched out, and the flowers are covered with them.

A no-brainer really. Even though there were tiny wasps, caterpillars, butterflies, and all manner of other insects. Haven't seen a native bee yet, but if this weather keeps up for a few days, I'm sure they will emerge.

We were going to go for a walk in the park, and we may yet do that, but a back yard safari was just abut perfect.
