Ecuadorian coffee - yum!

One of the first things we do on arrival in a new town, in this case Ibarra, is to try to find a good coffee. As Ecuador is a major coffee growing region you would think this would be easy, no way! Most places including Quito, the capital, only have a handful of cafes with coffee machines, producing 'proper' coffee. For those of you who know us well, you can imagine this can be the cause of great consternation !
