Dear Diary, what a day..!!
Took A's computer to him, and got his internet working, and then installed his wireless printer. Alls well so far. Then opened Word (other word processors are available!!). Worked fine. Until I opened a file. Word crashed. Open it again, and a template, crashed again.. And again.. And again. Try Excel. Same happens, program opens OK, but when you open a file, it crashes. Powerpoint. Worked OK, opened files, edited, and closed. Onenote was the same. Outlook, crashed..

Contact my man in G. Uninstall Office, check PC with virus checker CCleaner. And re-install office, simples.. If only.. Go to download the CCleaner only to pick up a virus version.. Download the correct one which said everythings fine.. Then can't find where to download Office again. Contact microsoft, and get an online chat with Jerome B.. Bless him, he tried everything, for THREE HOURS, took control of the PC, installed this, checked that, ran the other, all without success. He's calling back tomorrow between 9 and 10..

Camera Club tonight, and J showed us some pics of his experiences in South America, and mongolia. Two trips he's been on in the last year.. ANd a fascinating night it was too.. Thank you J..
