Spear of Destiny

Did I tell you about the time I was waiting for the lift in a Leeds Hotel with Spear of Destiny ? It arrived, the doors opened and out tumbled the under 11 girls Scottish Cross Country Team - in their jammies. Not quite the usual post gig rock and roll crowd. Don't know who was more surprised? I just wanted the ground to swallow me up. One minute trying to be the uber cool rock chick - then having to step up and behave as the frazzled team manager trying to round up my charges and get them to go to bed!
Ah those were the days! Now I am blipping tomorrow night's dinner on the kitchen table in my jammies. And it was reduced to 10p when I nipped into the supermarket after camera club last night. Now that's rock and roll!
