Plucked Beauty

Today was a quiet day, mostly spent getting things organized for the rest of the week. I spent a lot of time chatting to the boy online, while he went over much last minute revision before his exams.

Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day, when I get to finally see him again. It's been 19 days and it already feels like years spent apart.

Above is a feather that (This fellow here) plucked out of himself and I picked up. Amazingly beautiful, even after being grabbed with a beak and pulled out of it's body :)
