Blipping in the rain

What a strange day for weather. When I set off on my 06:00am run this morning it was balmy, and by lunchtime the sun was high in the sky. Then something happened late afternoon and it poured and poured and poured.

I met Mr hazelh at Nom de Plume on Broughton Street for a drink after work this evening. There they have a great collection of plants and flowers growing over the cafe's entrance and on the steps. I blipped this flower on the way back out into the rain again.

Exercise today: a new regime began. I now do a warm-up loop, and then a proper run. I did this in 29'05" this morning.
