La Pizza Destinazione

This little beauty is being chopped up and is destined for my pizza, which is planned to turn out a bit like this one.

Unusually quiet at home this evening. Anne and Danielle have arrived in Norway ready for the European Baton Twirling Championships at the weekend. Andy's at work until late and Matt is on a three-month residential training course, though he'll be home tomorrow afternoon and over the weekend.
