Cake Flour

I've been baking again. I finally found some cake flour (rather than all purpose), and for the first time my from scratch cakes came out. However, I had to sift it like 3 times, and I made a HUGE mess. This is just the tips of the iceberg.

Anyway, I misplaced my usb cable with all of the cleaning and stuff. So, I missed a couple of days and have since back blipped them.
