Autumnal

As I enter the park on the way home this tree stands out a mile. I have been watching it over the past few weeks getting more colour every day. I love it.

What a day. I am physically and mentally exhausted. My whole body aches and I am so tired. It was such an effort just to talk today.
I came home and every room I have gone into to do something I have felt the need to sit, and sit I have. I have no energy.

I want to end this now. Enough is enough.
