A LONG TIME IN DECAY

and you can glimpse the result through the rusting fence. Someone owns this extensive yard which obviously now generates no profit so why not remove the blot from the landscape. It is symptomatic of industrial decline throughout our towns and cities the results of which seemingly go unnoticed by our local councils who are charged with maintenance of the environment but seem to have neither the resources nor inclination to react.
It is hard to believe that this situation is unique to our backyard!
