Chairman walking

The whole day was taken up by preparation for the Residents' Assoc. AGM. Accusations of bad faith, emails flying back and forth, some including RANDOM CAPITALISATION, and coloured fonts; never a good sign.

What is it about parking-places and car-ownership that brings people to such a state of high dudgeon?

Anyhoo, this will all be my responsibility next year, as I was co-opted as Chair of the committee, nem. con. Oh, joy! :/
