A Family Outing

I found this female Wolf spider in the garden today. I had no idea what sort of spider it was at first, but after doing a search on the internet, I found out! Those white blobs on her back are all her babies, and the bits in between the 'blobs' are their legs!

Isn't that amazing?!

I had to take the photo with the spider in a glass, because it kept running away when I put it out on the ground.

Mario & I are going to a photography convention in Tekapo tomorrow, returning home on Sunday. I'm not sure if there's internet coverage where we're staying, so I may not be able to blip until Sunday.
