Dammit

Left work in the dark to discover my front bike light wasn't working. I assumed I'd left it in in the bag last time I'd put it away since I only bought it a couple of weeks ago (to replace a Tesco one which was green rather than white...). Realised I could get new batteries from the nearby shop, but was somewhat annoyed to find changing them made no difference. There must be a loose connection somewhere since putting batteries in and out several times (just checking!) suddenly made it light up, at least enough to get home without feeling I was one of those irritating, law-flouting, Highway Code-ignoring cyclists...
