Alasdair presented his vision of Agile Development to the rest of the team this afternoon.

He did such a good job that it all made perfect sense - which is easier said than done.

Although Hilly was a bit disappointed that that it didn't involve headbands and legwarmers - she was full expecting 'the burn'..

Turns out its an age thing.
