The Swot

The new kitchen seems to have had a strange effect on The Carmenator.

I picked her up from school today and on our return home, she got changed and then promptly set about her maths homework.

It seemed to involve an overly complicated way of doing sums involving “number leaps”. I have to confess it baffled the bejesus out of me, but it seemed to have struck a chord with her.
