First Mongolian meal

My first proper meal in Mongolia.

Lamb dumplings 3 different ways, with a bit of lamb on the side. This was after my lamb soup.

To call lamb a staple is a bit of an understatement.

Sometimes you get potatoes with your lamb though and its (mostly) quite tasty.
