Ironing and the Ashes

I spent all afternoon ironing whilst watching the final Ashes test on the telly. Test cricket is ideal to watch while ironing because you don't have to keep a close eye on the action all the time. England needed to win this final test to win the Ashes back from Australia and they are now on the verge of doing so.

It's an absolutely beautiful day down at the Oval in London and absolutely awful rainy day here in West Central Scotland. Maybe typical, and if it was the other way around Australia would probably get the draw they need, but it's frustrating seeing the blue skies and sunburned spectators knowing we've probably already had the last of the sunny summer weather up here.
